Bossy Beulah's

It was our first time at Bossy Beulah's and it was delicious! Fresh, crispy, juicy chicken sandwich with flavorful seasoning. Large sides - the potato salad was made from baked potatoes and had a fresh dill seasoning. The service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. We ate at the outside picnic table area with a view of the park across the street. We will definitely eat here again.

Table of four, in for lunch. Two sandwiches and fries, one sandwich w salad, wings and salad. The table was split. Chicken sandwich and salad was very disappointed. The two sandwiches and fries thought it was very good. The wings and salad were way below expectations. No kick on the wings. Vinaigrette was good on the salad, but that should not be the highlight of my meal. Room is tight.

I had never heard of this place, but I got a gift card. Wife and I went on a Sunday. She got the "The Beaut" and I got the "Hot Thigh Sandwich". She took a bite and said,"wow." She does not throw around compliments. My Sandwich was very good as well. Fries are fresh cut. Both of us agreed that we will be back. The seating are is a bit tight, but we got a seat and we're able to eat. Overall, great experience.

The only part that made me upset is that I didn't buy 2...One of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had. Great Aunt Beulah doesn't mess around. The sandwich and the fries were delicious. The bossy sauce is also great for dipping anything in. The staff was very polite both over the phone and when I came in for pick up. The environment was very inviting and I almost wanted to post up and eat right there. If I did, I would have known to order the second sandwich! Highly recommend!

Was in Charlotte for one night and decided to stop here for a quick grab and go lunch for the drive home. I love fried chicken and I’m a minority in this but Chik Fil A is not a good chicken sandwich and is not the best chicken in fast food. I can finally say I’ve found THE BEST chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten. Bossy Beulah’s. PERIOD. The Beaut, minus the Bossy Sauce with extra pickles. Wow. Wish I’d ordered two. Perfectly cooked, juicy and delicious - NOT crazy salty like Chik Fil A. The fries here were also fantastic and I finished it off with a Cherry Coke. Amazing. Highly recommend you try Bossy Beulah’s if you want the best chicken sandwich in NC.

We were pleasantly surprised by this small chicken restaurant. 1. We got there at opening and the cars started pulling in immediately. That was a good sign of things to come. 2. The cashier takes your order at the counter and pickup is at the far end of the same counter. It is an open kitchen so you can see everything going on. 3. Everyone working was very friendly and they made sure to get our food out quickly. We ordered a Beaut with cheese, hot thigh sandwich, fries, and chicken wings. Before we could fill our drinks and have a seat our order was hot and ready to go. 4. All of the food was excellent. They were seasoned really well and the proportions were good for the price. I've attached a picture of the menu with prices. The menu is small but they do a great job perfecting those limited items. 5. The dining room is small but inviting. There is tons of natural light, a selection of high top or traditional seating, and also outdoor seating available. 6. They have 2 bathrooms at the entrance. These bathrooms are for 1 person at a time. They are large and clean. 7. All in all, this is a great place for a quick bite. They have some of the best chicken sandwiches in the area. Definitely, stop by and give them a try.
